Thank you for your desire to attend FSY Melbourne 2025! 

For your registration to be successful, please note the following:

• The fee for attending FSY is $100pp. You will NOT pay this fee as part of the registration process now, you will need to pay through LDS Donations. Please see your Bishop / Branch President for details.
• Every registration requires parental approval and preisthood endorsement. As soon as you complete this registration form, your place will be held for as long as the approval process takes, however, your registration will NOT be finalised until these steps are complete.
• For the medical needs / other special needs sections, please answer with as much detail as possible if these fields apply to you. 
• You are only eligible to attend Melbourne FSY 2025 if you reside in the Melbourne Mission area and are 14 years of age at the beginning of FSY and no older than 17 years of age at the end of FSY.
